When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, message and submission source are stored privately in WordPress. Access to these entries is restricted to authorized site personnel for responding to inquiries, investigating corrections and managing submissions. Contact entries are scheduled for cleanup after 180 days.
The hosting service also maintains technical request logs. Depending on its configuration, these may include IP addresses, request timestamps, requested pages and browser information. Hosting log retention follows the hosting service's settings and is separate from the 180-day contact-entry cleanup schedule.
Send only the information needed for your inquiry. Please avoid sharing medical histories, prescription documents or payment information. You may use the contact form to request access, correction or deletion of a previous submission; enough information to locate and verify the relevant entry may be needed.
